Live on Arc · chain 5042 The TERA mark — an isometric land parcel above a teal-and-violet T

Own land. Create worlds.
Earn forever.

3,333 Land parcels on Arc. Minting is closed while we build the whitelist — apply below. Your parcel is yours to walk and build on, and the planned economy buys real natural-resource stocks — silver, crude, rare earth — and pays their yield to active Land.

TERA is a 3-D world you own a piece of. Fees fund a treasury, the treasury holds real stocks, and their yield goes to Land that is switched on — the rarer your parcel, the bigger its slice. Minting is live today; the economy below is planned.

§ 01

How it works

Step 01 is live. Steps 02–04 are the planned economy — not yet built.

01 — Mint (whitelist)

Free mint

Whitelisted wallets claim up to 2 of 3,333 Land parcels — just a gas fee, nothing more. A blind reveal sets two things: your resource, which decides how the land looks and weathers, and your rarity, which decides how big a slice of the payout it takes.

02 — Lock (planned)

Activate

You'll lock $TERA to switch your Land on and start earning. The longer the lock, the fewer tokens it takes — leave them in to stay active.

03 — Level (planned)

Level up

A small one-time fee will raise your Land's multiplier — up to 5×. Permanent, and it stacks your share of every payout.

04 — Earn (planned)

Earn forever

Ecosystem revenue will buy real stock tokens — silver, crude, rare earth, Bloom Energy, ExxonMobil — paid into one pool and split across active Land by rarity, level and rigs.

§ 02

Where the money comes from, and where it goes

Read top to bottom: fees fill a treasury, the treasury buys six real stocks, and their yield is split across every Land that is switched on. None of this is deployed yet.

$TERAPlanned

The page below leans on a token, so: $TERA is TERA's token, and it does exactly two jobs. Its swap fees are one of the two things that fill the treasury. And you lock some of it to switch your Land on — locked, not spent, and you get it back. Nothing is taxed on transfer; the fee is the ordinary DEX trading fee.

Not launched. No contract, no sale, no date — if you see a $TERA token trading today it is not ours.

What the treasury holds Planned

Six real stocks, one pool. The treasury holds all six and every active Land is paid from the same pot — your type does not limit what you earn. What it does set is how your land looks and weathers, and which Rig will fit it.
Land typeStock in the basket
Clean EnergywBE · Bloom Energy
SilverwSLV · iShares Silver Trust
Crude OilwUSO · US Oil Fund
Rare EarthwUSAR · USA Rare Earth
Grid StoragewFLNC · Fluence Energy
Oil & GaswXOM · ExxonMobil
The w prefix is the wrapper: the treasury buys the Robinhood Stock Token on Robinhood Chain and issues wSLV against it on Arc. Stock Tokens are debt securities that track the share price — not equity, and they carry no shareholder rights. Only names with a live liquidity pool qualify, so a wrapper can always be priced and sold.

Your slice of the pool Planned

Every active Land is paid from the same pot. How much you get is one number — your weight — and three things set it.
rarityrolled at mint · free × levelone-off fee · up to 5× × rigsup to 3 · +50% each
Rarity is the one you cannot buy, and it is the largest — a Singularity beats a common Land at max level.

Rarity — the multiplier you can't buy Planned

Rolled blind at mint and permanent. Supply is fixed, so this is the only part of your weight nobody can catch up on by spending.
Drift · 1,800
Moon · 8151.5×
Comet · 4162.5×
Nova · 226
Pulsar · 68
Singularity · 812×
All eight Singularities together take about 1.7% of the pool — rare is worth holding without owning the place.

Levels — permanent multipliers Planned

A one-time fee raises your Land's level for good. Higher level, bigger slice of every payout.
Lv 1 · 1×free
Lv 2 · 2×$3
Lv 3 · 3×$6
Lv 4 · 4×$10
Lv 5 · 5×$15

Rigs — the only booster Planned

A Rig only works on its own resource — a Derrick does nothing on a Silver parcel, which is what your land type is for. Permanent, and it multiplies your rarity rather than replacing it, so a Rig is worth more on rare land.
1 Rig+50%
2 Rigs+100%
3 Rigs+150% (cap)
Rigs are sold in USDC and the proceeds buy more stock, so the pool itself grows. Worth being straight about the arithmetic: Levels and Rigs are relative. If every holder buys the same upgrades, every share ends up exactly where it started — an upgrade earns you more than holders who don't buy one, not more in absolute terms.

Activation — lock $TERA Planned

The longer you commit, the less it costs. Six months takes a tenth of what one week does — and leaving tokens in keeps the Land active.
1 week300,000
2 weeks200,000
1 month100,000
6 months30,000
§ 03

Your land is a world

Build on your parcel. Explore a shared 3-D world with everyone else's — and feel the weather change as you cross into a neighbour's land.

Build it your way

Place blocks by hand or drop in props from a CC0 catalogue. Shape a cafe, a gallery, a plaza — it saves to your Land automatically.

One world, six climates

Every parcel carries its climate into the shared world, so crossing a boundary changes the sky, the light and the weather around you. A Silver neighbour really does bring the snow.
